Dubbed the “Formula E of the seas,” the UIM E1 World Championship is the world’s first all-electric race boat series. It features futuristic hydrofoil boats known as RaceBirds, flying across the water at speeds of up to 93 km/h—without a drop of fuel.
Founded by Alejandro Agag (also behind Formula E and Extreme E) and Rodi Basso (a former F1 engineer), E1 combines high-performance racing with a mission to protect marine ecosystems and inspire green innovation worldwide.
